Performing Arts
African Drum & Dance and Choir are available for scheduling in your church or other event. These programs allows kids to perform and teaches them about discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and the value of community involvement. For more information, call HHYD at (612) 522-4485
Choir Program
Choir consists of about 25 kids who exercise their love and talent for singing while working together as a team. Leaders engage kids to become involved in the community and gives them a sense of ownership in being involved. The message of Christ is shared through song and prayer.
African Drum and Dance Program
Kids learn to play African drums while deepening their understanding of another culture. Participation helps kids develop rhythm through movement and music. The African Drum and Dance group consists of about 15 children ages 6-14.
