Speaker: Commander, Inspector of the 4th Precinct Charles 'Charlie' Adams
Has served 36 years with the Minneapolis Police Department including assignments in Juvenile Investigations, Mayor’s office security, Property Crimes, Homicide, Internal Affairs, and most recently in the Violent Crimes division. He was promoted to 4th Precinct (North Minneapolis) Inspector in 2021. He is a graduate of Metropolitan State University with a degree in Law Enforcement and Concordia University with a Masters degree in Human Services. He grew up on the North Side and is the proud father of three successful adult children who all serve in the community.
