Lifeskills
Students learn valuable life skills including finances, communication and household maintenance.
While academics and athletics are core components of Hospitality House’s programming, learning life skills is also key to a well-rounded, character-building education for our children. Acquiring the often basic, but very important, everyday skills like cooking, finances, and developing and sustaining good inter-personal relationships may not be things all children learn at home.
Hospitality House’s approach to providing lessons on life skills is often presented through energetic and entertaining groups or with one-to-one presentations provided in a comfortable, caring environment where children are free to ask questions, get hands-on experience and gain confidence in their ability to do things for themselves.
